Guarantee terms & disclaimer · Draft for launch review
90+ Performance. Or a full service-fee refund.
For websites we approve, we guarantee the agreed Google PageSpeed Insights Performance score of 90 or higher. If you meet your written plan’s requirements and we miss that target, we refund your entire optimization service fee.
The short version
We assess your website before accepting it for the guarantee. You receive the required changes, price, test rules, and deadlines in writing before paying for optimization. You must approve the required changes and either let us carry them out or complete the steps assigned to you.
The guarantee is conditional on that agreed plan. A calculator estimate, enquiry, or assessment alone does not enroll a website. These draft terms must be finalized with our business details before paid orders open.
Exactly what the 90+ promise covers
The target is at least 90 out of 100 in the Performance category of Google PageSpeed Insights. It covers each exact public page address and each device type listed in your written proposal. A desktop result does not satisfy an agreed mobile target. Pages and devices that are not listed are outside the guarantee.
This is a lab-test score at project completion. It does not promise a position in Google search results, a Core Web Vitals field-data pass, more sales, or scores in Accessibility, Best Practices, or SEO. Beyond PageSpeed is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
Recommendations you must allow us to complete
Your plan may require a hosting move or server changes, a CDN or caching setup, smaller images or video, theme or page-builder changes, plugin removal or replacement, or changes to fonts, scripts, ads, tracking, chat, and other outside tools. We identify the changes your website needs before you buy.
The plan lists features and design elements that must remain, who performs each task, and all required outside purchases. We work on a private test copy first and obtain approval before moving changes to the live site. We do not remove an agreed feature or change your design without approval.
You provide the agreed access, backups or permissions, approvals, and assigned changes by the written deadlines. Keep the agreed settings in place through final testing. If you decline an essential recommendation before purchase, we explain whether the site can qualify with that restriction.
Test rules agreed before payment
The proposal records the baseline, covered URLs and devices, completion date, correction period, and test window. The default completion measure is the median of three consecutive fresh PageSpeed Insights reports for each covered page and device. The middle score must be 90 or higher for every covered combination. Any different method must be written and accepted before payment.
We test the normal public site with the production settings and caching visitors receive. We keep the report links or copies and test times. We do not cherry-pick the best run, hide normal page features from the test, or show visitors and testing tools different content to raise a score.
We explain and document a genuine test failure or outside outage before repeating affected tests. A change in Google’s scoring method requires a written agreement about comparable testing. It does not automatically cancel an existing refund right.
If access, approvals, or the website change
Tell us before you or another provider changes the covered pages, hosting, plugins, theme, or third-party tools during the project. If missing access, delayed approvals, an uncompleted assigned task, or a site change affects delivery, we explain the specific effect in writing and offer a reasonable chance to resolve it.
Any pause or revised deadline must be documented. A missed requirement affects the guarantee only when it prevents the agreed work or a fair final test. We do not use an unrelated issue to refuse a refund.
We cannot add a new requirement after payment to avoid an agreed refund. Newly discovered work, costs, or restrictions require your approval. If we cannot deliver under the accepted agreement, the refund promise still applies when you have met its original requirements.
The refund if we miss the target
If any covered page or device misses the agreed target after the written correction period, and you have met the agreed requirements, we refund 100% of the optimization service fee you paid for that project. This applies even if your score improved. We do not replace a refund with store credit or deduct a cancellation or processing penalty.
We issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days after the final agreed test confirms that the target was missed. You may also contact us through the assessment page with your project details. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.
Hosting, domains, themes, plugin licenses, and other purchases paid to outside providers follow those providers’ refund policies. Any separate assessment fee or other charge outside the optimization service must be clearly itemized and its refund treatment accepted before purchase. A bundled optimization charge cannot be relabeled later to reduce your refund.
After the project is complete
The guarantee measures the site version delivered at completion under the agreed test rules. Later content, plugin, hosting, third-party, or Google changes can affect future scores. Any ongoing monitoring, maintenance, or continuing score guarantee must be included separately in writing.
These conditions explain this specific performance promise. They do not remove any rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Before launch, the service provider’s legal name, contact details, and final contract must be added and reviewed with qualified legal counsel.
A quick answer
Does every website qualify?
We must assess your site first. Some required features or outside tools can make 90+ impractical. We agree on eligibility before accepting a guaranteed optimization project.
What if I do not want to switch hosts or remove a plugin?
Tell us before purchase. We will assess whether the target is possible with that restriction. Essential changes and extra costs must be agreed before payment.
What if the score improves but stays below 90?
If the final agreed test misses the covered 90+ target and you have met the agreed requirements, the full optimization service-fee refund still applies.
