Draft service terms · Owner review required
Agree on the work before it starts.
These are draft operating terms for review. They must be finalized before paid work is accepted. Your written proposal should set out the exact service you are buying.
Your proposal
Before you accept paid work, the proposal must identify the service provider, work covered, price, payment terms, any extra purchases, and delivery dates. It must also identify the covered website addresses, devices, target, testing rules, and any correction period.
Assessment terms and any assessment fee must be explained before you agree to that step. Sending an enquiry or running the calculator does not order paid work.
Required changes and access
The proposal must list required hosting, theme, plugin, or other changes and the features that must remain. Hosting is the home for your website files. Extra costs and who pays them must be clear before acceptance.
Agree on a suitable access method when access is needed. Do not send passwords through the enquiry form. Changes to the agreed scope or price need your approval.
Testing and deployment
The proposed workflow uses a private test copy before live changes. The plan must cover backups, functional checks, approval, and protecting new orders or submissions during deployment. After deployment, the agreed live pages and features are checked.
The proposal should explain how missing access, customer delays, site changes, or outside service issues affect the schedule and testing. These rules need to be agreed before work starts.
Conditional guarantee and refunds
The proposed 90+ guarantee covers Performance only and applies only to approved websites under a written proposal. If you meet the agreed requirements and the target remains missed after the correction period, the optimization service fee is refunded even if the score improved.
The proposal must explain the refund process, timing, and treatment of assessment fees and outside purchases. The guarantee page and proposal must agree. No new requirement should be added later to avoid a refund.
Completion and future work
The proposal must define the final report, handoff, and any included support. Ongoing maintenance and future work need their own agreed scope. The owner must complete the business details and final terms before publication.
A quick answer
Does the calculator set my service target?
No. Its future range is experimental and unvalidated. The assessment and written proposal establish any service target or guarantee.
